- Never starve yourself
- No caffeine (except one cup a day to kick start the craneum)
- No sugar (except the one in my cup of Joe)
- Avoid processed foods (no pies, cookies, fast foods, pizzas, beer, etc)
- At least 5 fruit and vegetable helpings every
- Plenty of water
